Home inspections are a critical part of the home buying process. This allows you, as the buyer, to know where the house has areas of concern. This also allows us the option to negotiate the purchase price based on what we find on the inspection report. I will schedule the inspection and be at the inspection also. You can also be at the inspection but know they can last up to 4 hours. We will review the inspection together and negotiate fair and appropriate repairs where needed for your new home.
There are many moving pieces to get us to the closing table for you to sign paperwork and become a homeowner. Some of the people involved with helping you become a homeowner are the title company, your Lender, the escrow company, myself, and you. We are all working together on one common goal, to get your in your new home. I will be there with you every step of the way, including at the signing table and to hand you your keys.
